When you send a booking request we store: your name, email, phone number, check-in/check-out dates, room type, number of rooms, adults, children and each child's age, plus any special requests.

We use this only to confirm your request and prepare your room. We don't sell or share it with third parties for advertising.

The “Manage booking” page requires both your reference number and the exact email used to book. It returns only status and stay dates — never your name or phone number — to limit exposure if someone guesses a reference.

Analytics only runs after you press “Accept”. Before that, nothing is sent.

If you accept, we record anonymous funnel steps: room searches, booking starts, room selection, and completed requests — along with non-identifying details such as room type, nights, guest counts, and order value.

We never send your name, email, phone number, or booking reference to the analytics system. IPs are anonymized and all ad-personalization features are switched off.

Log-in and sign-up are currently a UI demo: accounts are stored only in your own browser and never reach a server. Please don't reuse a password from anywhere else.

When you message us on Facebook Messenger, Zalo OA or our website chat, the virtual assistant stores the conversation, your chat display name and the details you provide, so it can reply and handle your booking. This data is kept for at most 10 years.

You can ask us to delete it at any time — see the “Data deletion” page in the footer.
